癌性肺纹理的临床应用价值

作者在患者的首次胸部Ｘ线平片上分别用观察癌性肺纹理的方法和常规Ｘ线诊断的方法对９４例肺癌，２３例肺癌良性病变进行了诊断准确性的对照研究，前者诊断正确率为９６．５％，后者诊断正确率为２１．４％；其中有２０例肺癌在Ｘ线平片上无确切异常Ｘ线征象，用常规法全被漏诊，用癌性肺纹理法观察及时被拟诊为肺癌并得以证实。

CLINIC EVALUATION OF CARCINOMATOUS LUNG MARKINGS

94 cases of lung cancer and 23 cases of benign lesions of lung were comparatively investigated by CLM and conventional radiographic method (CRM)on initial chest film to diagnose and differentiate lung cancers.The rate of correct diagnosis by CLM was 96.5% and that by CRM was 21.4%.Of them 20 cases of lung carcinoma were missed by CRM,owing to the absence of any suspective signs on plain films. But on the other hand,all the 30 cases were rightly sugested the diagnosed with the help of CLM;and they were proved by pathology later on.Therefore,the authors believe that the sign of CLM can obviously enhance the rate of correct initial diagnosis of lung cancer,and help to discover early or hidden lesions as well.
