| 摘 要： | 少数民族法律文化是由各民族的物质条件所决定的法律上层建筑的总称,即是与民族法律意识形态相适应的法律制度、组织、机构和法律行为的总和.历史上我国很多少数民族在制度、思想和器物方面都形成独特的法律文化,各民族多元法文化的存在大大丰富了中华法文化的内容,有些民族法律文化现象一直保留至今.

| Abstract: | The legal culture of ethnic minorities is the general appellation of legal superstructure which is decided by nationalities' material conditions,that is,it is the summation of legal system,organization,institution and legal act which conform to national law ideology.In our history the unique legal culture of nationalities in system,thought and utensil was evolved.The existence of national pluralistic culture has greatly enriched the content of Chinese law culture,some of them remains until now. |
