| Abstract: | A micro computer diagnosing system has been constructed for the detection of the surface defects of antifriction bearings. It is mainly based on the sampling and analysing the vibration signals for time and frequency domains. The software package of the system has a good interface and all menus are displayed in Chinese for convenient use in China. The system employs a PC 486 computer and the software is written in TURBO C language. It has been successfully used for analysing the vibration signals of antifriction bearings, and is possible to be extended to the application of sampling and analysing other mechanical vibration signals. |
