Abstract:The cyclone separator is widely used in industry. This paper discusses the flow velocity and concentration fields in the cyclone separator. Based on the gas-solid flow theory, this paper also establishes a formula for estimating the collection efficiency. Finally, the effects of the high temperature-pressure-concentration on the collection efficiency are discuss-ed.
