摘    要:本文用热电耦检测缝纫过程中针热及温升规律,并借此方法研究织物可缝性. 对于各种织物的测试及分析证明这种方法能有效地检测织物组织、结构、性能的变化,因此可以作为研究与针温有关的如机械破损、溶孔等这一类问题.

Abstract:Needle heating and its temperature low in sewing operation was tested with thermocouple in this thesis. And sewability of fabrics was also studied. The tests as well as the analysis for all kinds of fabrics proved that above method could measure the changes in composition, construction and performance of fabrics and it could be used as the means to study such problems relevant to sewing needle temperature as mechanical damages, fused holes, etc.
