| 摘 要： | 党的十六届四中全会明确提出的构建社会主义和谐社会理论，是中国传统文化与科学社会主义理论相结合的产物，是中国特色社会主义的具体体现。它的提出是贯彻落实科学发展观，全面建设小康社会的必然要求和结果。社会主义和谐社会是一个全面系统和谐的社会，它应当体现社会主义的本质特征。

| Abstract: | The theory of constructing socialist concordant society is the product of combining Chinese traditional culture with scientific socialism theory, and is the objective correlative of socialism with sinicism. The theory is the requirement and product of carrying through the scientific development view and constructing well - to - do society. Socialist concordant society is an all- roundly systematic and concordant society, which could reflect the essence of socialism. |
