摘    要:针对胚胎电子电路及其自修复方法——行/列移除和细胞移除的不足,提出了一种具有进化能力的新型胚胎电子自修复系统.该自修复系统具有功能层、修复层和进化层3个层次.功能层实现目标电路功能;修复层采用行/列移除进行目标电路的实时修复;进化层利用功能层剩余资源进化具有更大自修复能力的目标电路结构.该自修复系统既保证了目标电路的实时自修复,又能够充分利用功能层的电子细胞资源,提高了目标电路的自修复能力.通过电路的仿真实验,验证了所提出自修复系统的优越性.

Abstract:To overcome the shortcomings of embryonic circuit and its self-repair methods-row/column elimination and cell elimination, a novel embryonic self-repair system with evolutionary capacity was presented. There are three layers, including functional layer, repair layer and evolutional layer, in the proposed self-repair system. The target circuit's function can be implemented in the functional layer, and the target circuit not only can be rapidly repaired in real time by the repair layer through row/column elimination, but also can be evolved by the evolutional layer based on the remaining cell resource of the functional layer. The self-repair system not only ensures real-time self-repair of the target circuit, but also takes full advantage of electronic cell resource in the functional layer, which improves the self-repair capacity of the target circuit. At last, the superiority of the proposed self-repair system was verified through a circuit simulation experiment.
