基于Monte Carlo随机计算的海工混凝土使用寿命预测

摘    要:基于Monte Carlo方法对水胶比0.35,0.45,0.55的普通混凝土和掺加25%粉煤灰及25%矿渣的大掺量工业废渣混凝土在海洋水下环境下的服役寿命进行了数值计算,并将计算结果按照Weibull分布进行拟合,得到了使用寿命的Weibull分布参数,同时量化分析了保护层厚度对混凝土使用寿命的影响.结果表明:水胶比和混凝土保护层厚度对混凝土使用寿命有很大影响,掺加工业废渣由于有效改善氯离子结合能力,也能使混凝土使用寿命有较大提高.为海工混凝土的耐久性设计和使用寿命预测提供了有效的参数分析方法.

Abstract:The service life of normal concrete and concrete added with 25% fly ash (FA) and 25% slag (with W/B 0. 35, 0.45 and 0.55 for both concrete) in seawater are calculated based on the Monte Carlo stochastic method. The Weibull parameters of service life are calculated, and the influence of cover thickness on the service life of concrete is analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the service life of concrete is very sensitive to W/B of concrete and concrete cover thickness. And adding industrial waste residue can improve the service life of concrete remarkably because of the improvement of chloride binding capacity. This study provides an effective parameter analyzing method for service life prediction and durability design of marine concrete.
