| 摘 要： | 建立了复方岩白菜素片中岩白菜素含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法.采用色谱柱Diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),柱温为30℃;流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(水)=15∶85;流速为1.0 m L·min-1;检测波长272 nm.研究结果表明:岩白菜素在28.32~226.56μg/ml的范围内呈良好的线性关系,样品平均回收率为100.86%,RSD=0.89%.该方法操作简便,快速,具有良好的稳定性和重复性,适用于复方岩白菜素片中岩白菜素含量测定.

| Abstract: | This research aims to establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of bergeninum in compound bergeninum tablets. The column used is Diamonsil C18( 5μm,4.6mm ×250mm) and its temperature is 30℃.The mobile phase is acetonitrile-water( 15: 85) with a flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min-1. The detection wavelength is 272 nm.The experiment result shows that bergeninum has a good linear correlation in the range of 28. 32 μg / m L—226. 56 μg /m L. The average recovery is 100. 86% and the RSD is 0. 89%. The method is simple and quick with good stability and repeatability,and suitable for the determination of the content of bergeninum in compound bergeninum tablets. |
