| 摘 要： | 时差问题是统筹法(PERT/CPM)的关键问题,对时差问题进行透彻的分析,有助于统筹法的实际应用.本文分析了作业的总时差与单时差的关系,说明了虚作业时差的实际意义,推导并证明了一些定理与公式。
