| 摘 要： | 以汾河源头生态功能保护区建设为例，从生态价值论的观点出发，采用直接经济价值、间接经济价值、选择价值及存在价值的方法，对生态功能保护区建设的社会、经济及环境效益进行了评估，结果显示，生态功能保护区的建设具有极大的社会、经济及环境效益。

| Abstract: | Taking the construction of Ecological Functional Conservation District of Fenhe Source as an example, starting from the opinion of the ecological value, and adopting the methods of the direct economic value, indirect economic value, selective value and existential value, this paper makes evaluation on the social, economic and environmental benefits of the construction of ecological functional conservation district, the results of which show that the construction of ecological functional conservation district possesses tremendous social, economic and environmental benefits. |
