车辆实时动态仿真模型的研究

摘    要:针对车辆动力学实时仿真的要求提出一种新的建模方法.将悬架系统视为车身与车轮之间的无质量复合约束,基于这个概念建立了动力学、运动学和静力学自由度完全独立的轿车整车多体动力学模型,并将仿真结果和道路试验及ADAMS仿真结果进行了对比,有较好的一致性.与基于侧倾/力矩中心理论建立的车辆实时仿真模型相比,利用该方法建立的模型面向车辆具体结构,可分析车辆内部作用力,并能更准确地描述悬架在水平方向的导向作用、与应用传统多体动力学理论建立的模型相比,该方法解决了车辆模型仿真实时性的问题.

Abstract:A new method is proposed to build real-time vehicle dynamic model. The suspension system is modeled as a massless composite restriction. Based on the method, a full vehicle model is built, whose dynamic, kinematic and static degrees do not affect each other. By comparing the simulation result with the experiment and ADAMS simulation, it is found that the simulation results are very accurate. Compared to the model based on roll-center/torque-center theory, this model can describe the vehicle topology in more detail, can calculate the restriction forces and describe the lateral and longitude guide function of suspension more accurately.
