摘    要:根据等螺旋角、前角按给定的规律变化的要求,推导出了锥形铣刀前刀面法矢的表达式,给出了精确保证前刀面法矢的数控加工运动的计算方法,并证明了通过三轴联动数控加工就可以达到等螺旋角、前角按一定规律分布(可控)的要求.采用计算机图形模拟技术模拟了不同端面前刀面的形成过程,由图形模拟结果还可以判断前刀面是否发生过切干涉以及容屑槽深度是否合理

Abstract:Mathematical expressions are derived for the rake flank normal of the tape mill cutter in accordance with the requirements of equal helical angle and prescribed distribution of rake angle along the cutter edge. These requirements could be achieved by the movements of the three axes numerical control (NC) machine. The rake flank form is simulated in several different translational sections of the tape mill cutter with the aid of computer graphics simulation (CGS). A rational determination of the scraps groove depth is also obtained.
