| 摘 要： | 对１２０例不明原因的不育夫妇应用明胶凝集试验和试管玻片凝集试验检测血清抗精子抗体，检查结果总阳性率为３１．３３％；并随机分治疗组和对照组，分别进行治疗观察，结果治疗组有效率为７５．７９％，对照组有效率为５７．２６％，提示治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。

| Abstract: | The presence of antisperm antibody (AsAb) in 1200 cases of immunological sterility of unknown reasons were investigated by using Gelating Agglutinetion Test (GAT) and Tube Slide Agglutination Test (TSAT). Results showed 31.33% positive. These ases are then randomly separated into testing grouup (Needle Pricking) and control group (prednisone) for further investigation. Effective rate of testing group was 75.79%. Effdrive rate of control group was 57.26% (P<0.05). Results indicated that the therapeutic effect of testing group is significantly higher than control group. |
