| Abstract: | The paper reports the observation of cell surface of cultured cells from spodoptera litura, spodoptera frugiperda and Bombyx mori by using scanning electron microscores. The study revealed that three insect cells tested were ewveloped with microvillrs on cell surface. Number of microvillus of BmN cells were more than that of SL-1 and sf-9 cells. After challenged with BmNPV number of microvillus on cell surface of Bran cell apperantlly, increased. Therefore we can conclude that there are extensively microvillus on cell surface of cultured insect cells. |
