水煤浆分散剂结构及其对煤表面性质的影响

摘    要:选择了三种常用的水煤浆 ( CWS)的分散剂 ,考察了分散剂的用量对水煤浆 ( CWS)的质量浓度及粘度的影响。用 FTIR对分散剂的结构进行了分析 ,同时研究了三种分散剂对义马煤表面性质的影响。研究结果表明 :分散剂可通过降低煤表面含氧官能团来改善义马煤的成浆性能

Abstract:In this paper, three representative dispersants for CWS are selected to study the effects of dispersant dosage on CWS concentration and viscosity. The structure of dispersants for CWS is analysed with FTIR to study the effects of which on the surface properties of Yima Coal.The conclusion is that dispersants reduce the content of organic function on coal surface to improve the slurry properties of Yima coal.
