| 摘 要： | 英国高等教育质量保障署(QAA)于2001年发布了英国高等教育资格框架,并将之作为学科层次和院校层次质量评审的依据和参考。该资格框架具有时代性、统一性、参考性和灵活性的特点,为各个高校在制定专业要求留有很大的回旋余地。通过对其目的、主要内容、指导方针及其特点的介绍和分析,将有助于了解英国如何加强对高校学位授予的规范与指导,这对中国目前正在进行的高校质量评估也有一定的借鉴意义。
