| 摘 要： | 在不同条件下提取六月霜花果中总黄酮,结果表明:提取温度、提取时间和溶剂体积对总黄酮提取量都有不同程度的影响。通过正交试验得出六月霜花果总黄酮提取最佳条件是(以1g六月霜花果为基准):溶剂体积为40ml,提取时间为60min,提取温度为100℃。
