| 摘 要： | 在分析了各类比特泄漏电路的基础上，给出了一种依据事件的自适应比特泄漏电路，对电路的结构、原理进行了分析，给出了抖动特性的理论分析和实测结果．结果表明，该电路输出抖动峰－峰值符合ＩＴＵ－Ｔ建议的指标要求

| Abstract: | On the basis of an analysis of various kinds of bit leaking circuits, an adaptive bit leaking circuit based on events is developed and the structure and principle of the circuit are discussed. The theoretical analysis and experimental results of the jitter performance are presented. It is shown that the peak to peak jitter meets the requirements specified in the ITU T Recommendations. |
