摘    要:采用LD脉冲泵浦Nd:YVO4晶体,实验得到了相同占空比、不同脉冲宽度时的平均输入输出功率特性,并比较了相同泵浦峰值功率下的转换效率.从理论分析了影响晶体散热的因素,得到了晶体的散热效率与晶体内积聚的热量的值成正比的结论,并进行了数值计算.总结了采用LD脉冲式泵浦对Nd:YVO4激光器输出特性的影响,从而分析了提高脉冲泵浦转换效率的途径.

Abstract:The paper focus on the characteristic of LD pulse-pumped Nd∶YVO4 laser.The laser performance was tested and compared with same duty cycle and different pulse width.Then we analyzed and compared the conversation efficiency under the same peak power.From the theoretical analysis of the impact of the cooling crystal,we got the conclusion that the crystal cooling efficiency and the accumulation of heat is in direct proportion.Though the analysis and comparison about the experiment's curves,we summed the impact on the output performance of the LD pulse-pumped Nd∶YVO4 laser.Then we got the way to improve the efficiency of pulse-pumped laser.
