学校发展的终极境界是实现人的全面发展

实现人的全面、和谐发展，是以人为本的科学发展观的核心内容，也是学校发展的根本目的。高校落实科学发展观，就必须为促进和实现人的全面发展而不懈努力，因此，要切实把促进和实现培养目标（人）的全面发展放在首要位置，同时高度重视培养人的人（教职工）的全面发展。此外，还要进一步更新观念，创新思维，把对学校发展终极目标的追求内化为全校上下的共同行为，并且在“服务社会作贡献”过程中，提升促进实现学校发展终极目标的层次和水平。

The ulitmate goal of school development:realization of human's all-round development

Realization of human＇s all-round and harmonious development is the core content of the people-oriented outlook of scientific development and the essential goal of school development as well. Implementation of the outlook of scientific development at colleges and universities must focus on the unremitting efforts to promote and realize human＇s all-round development. Therefore, we should put in priority the realization of all-round development of training targets, and attach the greatest importance to comprehensive development of those engaged in training talents. In addition, we should also further renew our conception and renew our thought to convert pursuit of the ultimate development goal into common efforts and improve the levels of promoting the realization of the ultimate development goal in our college.
