新型涂料防腐剂硫氰酸亚铜纳米颗粒的制备和表征

摘    要:以硝酸铜和硫氰酸铵为原料、异烟肼为还原剂通过调节反应时间制备了3种形貌的硫氰酸亚铜纳米颗粒,并通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、激光粒度仪、能谱仪对其进行了表征.讨论了反应时间对产物形貌的影响,结果表明:随着反应时间的增长硫氰酸亚铜由小纳米球逐渐生长为一维针状纳米颗粒.

Abstract:Three shapes of CuSCN nanoparticales have been prepared at different reaction time by CuNO3,NH4SCN and 4-pyridine formohydrazide.And 4-pyridine formohydrazide is a reducing agent.The products are characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,laser granulometer,and electron spectroscopy.And the influence of reaction time on shapes of CuSCN nanoparticles has been discussed.The results indicate that with the increase of reaction time,CuSCN nanoparticales grow from nanoparticales sphere to one-dimensional nanoparticales needle.
