高压蒸汽输送管线爆裂失效分析

摘    要:从化学成分、机械性能、金相组织和宏观断口等方面分析了胜利油田某江汽站稠油热采高压蒸汽输送管线爆裂的原因,结果表明,管线内壁局部的氢腐蚀,使材料内部产生晶界裂纹,造成管线严重腐蚀而减薄,不能满足管线强度和韧性的要求,致使管线发生爆裂;管线焊接热影响区及轧制过程中产生的粗大魏氏组织与爆裂也有关系.

Abstract:By means of analyses on chemical composition, mechanical property, microstructure and fractography, the reason of cracking failture in a thcrmal pipcline used for hcavy crude oil at Shengli oilfield are discussed. The local hydrogen corrocion on the inner surface of the pipeline, led to intercrysalline cracks and serious reduction of wall depth. and thus the strength was lost, which causcd the pipeline cracking. The heat affected zones in somewelded joints and coarse Widmannstatten structure preduced in the process of being rolled also have some effects on the cracking failture.
