摘    要:基于射频阻抗理论对重油的含水量进行快速检测的方法,研究了含水重油电介质的极化机理,对混合介质的介电常数进行了计算,并讨论了传感器的设计原理和温度补偿方法,最后对实验结果进行了误差分析.计算结果表明最大非线性误差为0.5%.该法为重油乳化实现经济燃烧提供了含水量检测的依据.

Abstract:In this essay, a method to measure water content quickly in heavy oil is presented based on the theory of radiofrequency impedance. Then, we study the polarization principle of dielectric in heavy oil, and calculate the dielectric constant of mingle medium. It also discusses both the design of transducer and the method of temperature compensation. Finally, error analysis for a group of experiment results is described. It is indicated that the maximum nonlinear error is 0 5%.
