摘    要:以某废弃黏土矿项目为例,先利用软件CASS7.1的边坡处理功能,设计地形面,提取坐标点数据,导出DEM数据,再利用Surfer8.0将导出的DEM数据进行网格化处理,然后根据三维表达结果,分别计算原始地形体积和设计地形体积,从而进一步计算出土方工程量。结果显示:应用软件CASS7.1和Surfer8.0计算土方工程量的方法,相对于常用的方格网法、断面法和等高线法更为简洁、直观,并有效提高土方计算精度,实现了计算的自动化。

Abstract:This paper, taking a certain project of abandoned clay mine as an example, designs the topographic surface, extracts coordinate point data and derives the digital elevation model(DEM )data by applying the slope processing function of software CASS7.1, and makes the grid processing for the deduced DEM data by using Surfer 8.0, and then respectively calculates original topographic volume and designed topographic volume respectively based on expression results and further calculates the earthwork volume. The results show that the method of applying software CASST.I and Surfer8.0 in calculation of earthwork volume, which is more simple and intuitive compared with frequently-used grid method, crosssection method and contour lines method, can effectively improve the accuracy of the calculation of earthwork volume and realize the automation of the calculation.
