| 摘 要： | 企业竞争情报是企业参与竞争的强有力武器,企业竞争情报战略实施是企业竞争情报战略决策与规划的有力执行。介绍了企业竞争情报的基本内涵,绘制了企业竞争情报实施的战略地图,在对企业竞争情报实施地图各个维度分析的基础上,提出了企业竞争情报策略实施的基本策略。

| Abstract: | Enterprise competitive intelligence is a strong and vigorous weapon for the enterprise＇ participating in competition. The implementation of the enterprise competitive intelligence strategy is a powerful performance for its strategic decision-making and planning. This paper describes the basic connotation of the enterprise competitive intelligence, draws the strategic map for the implementation of enterprise competitive intelligence, and puts forward some basic strategies for implementing the enterprise competitive intelligence strategy based on every dimension＇s analysis on strategy map. |
