牙轮钻头滑动轴承材料磨损性能的正交试验

摘    要:要保证牙轮钻头在高转速下的使用寿命,关键在于轴承,严重的粘着磨损即胶合,是牙轮钻头滑动轴承主要的失效形式,本文针对一系列可供选择的滑动轴承材料,以正交试验讨论了其相互配磨的摩擦系数与磨损量,为选择和配用滑动轴承材料提供了依据,试验分析知,经CVO处理的硬质合金与硬质合金配磨时其摩擦系数较小,配磨副之间的磨损量最小,是理想的硬对硬滑动轴承材料.若为提高抗胶合性,则应选铅基巴氏合金等等.

Abstract:The service life of a roller bit at a high speed deponds on that of its sliding bearing to a great extent.Scuffing is the main failure form of the sliding bearing.In this paper,the friction coefficients and the abrasion values between the paired materials for the sliding bearing are studied with orthogonal testing method,which provides a basis for selecting and pairing of the materials.The test result shows that when the CVD treated carbid alloys pair,the friction coefficient and the abrasion value between them are smallest,carbid alloy is thus best material for the sliding bearing.In order to increase scuffing resistance of the sliding bearing,lead base alloy should be selected as its material.
