| 摘 要： | 在综合分析了有关高等院校教师科研能力评价情况和目前开发专家系统常用的几种技术的基础上，提出了一种基于多知识库的高等院校教师科研能力评价专家系统的解决方案，该方案将多知识以关系数据库的形式表示，采用专家系统的推理机方法实现对结果分析，使对高等院校教师科研能力的评价变得方便快捷和更切合需要。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis several technologies often used for developing the expert system (ES) now and the instances of evaluating the ability of scientific research of the teacher of institutions of higher learning. This paper proposes a scheme for constructing ES for evaluating the ability of scientific research of the teacher of institutions of higher learning based on multi knowledge base. In this scheme, the multi knowledge is expressed by relation database, and the hypothetical reasoning principles of ES are used to realize the results analysis, and to make evaluating the ability of scientific research of the teacher of institutions of higher learning become more convenient, rapid and practical. |
