| 摘 要： | 通过测定冰冻胁迫后不同柚类品种叶片细胞质膜透性、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、组织束缚水、自由水含量及调查果园受冻情况，研究了湘北地区主要柚类品种耐寒性差异。结果表明：本地酸柚抗寒性最强，金香柚和无核金香柚抗寒性强，无核杂交柚、琯溪蜜柚抗寒性较强，适于湘北栽培；沙田柚抗寒性较差，每隔十年左右一次的周期性奇寒冻害严重，在湘北地区应根据其小气候慎重发展，幼年期避开奇寒年。

| Abstract: | Studies were made on cold tolerance differences of main pomelo varieties in the northern part of Hunan province by testing the characteristics of leaf cell membrane permeability,the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and free proline,tissue bound water and free water.The results indicated that the local sour pomelo was the stronger,followed by Jinxiang pomelo.Shatian pomelo showed the lowest cold tolerance and seriously damaged by lower temperature occurred periodically 10 years,which should be avoided the year within its early stage of growth. |
