| 摘 要： | 专利信息的开发利用贯穿于技术创新的全过程,并成为技术创新的重要组成部分,因而有必要充分认识专利信息管理在技术创新中的各种特定功能。如专利信息有效配置为技术创新提供重要的信息资源;专利信息检索的多样化选择为技术创新提供了更经济高效的信息来源;专利信息服务系统化、智能化是技术创新的重要技术保障;专利信息开发利用是企业技术创新不竭的动力。

| Abstract: | The development and utilization of patent information passes through in the technical innovation entire process,and becomes the important constituent of the technical innovation.It is necessary to fully understand each kind of specific functions of patent information management in technical innovation.The functions are of patent information effective disposition providing important information resource for the technical innovation;diverse patent information retrieval choice providing more economical and effective information origin for the technical innovation;patent information service systematization and intellectualization providing important technical support for the technical innovation;and the development and utilization of patent information turning into the peculiar power which does not use up for the enterprise technology innovation. |
