| 摘 要： | 高校是科研的主要阵地,而科研型实验室为科学研究提供了重要的支撑和保障。讨论了现阶段科研型实验室的绩效考核方法面临的问题,探讨了切实可行的,针对不同工作内容的原则及评价指标的绩效考核方法,为提高实验室管理水平,激励实验室工作人员为目的的考核方法的改进提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Universities are the main positions for scientific research, and the research laboratory provided important supports and in- demnification. This paper investigates problems faced by the performance evaluation method of the present stage of scientific research la- boratory, and discusses feasible solutions for different work contents. It provides a useful reference in improving the laboratory manage- ment and motivating laboratory staffs. |
