| 摘 要： | 弹跳力是田径跳跃运动员的一项十分重要的专项素质。弹跳力的发展受多种因素的影响和制约、本文运用聚类分析和回归分析方法，从诸多的训练方法中确定出与提高弹跳力关系密切的训练方法，同时也可将其作为弹跳力发展水平标准模式与评定标准。

| Abstract: | Bounce is one of the most important special qualities for high jumpers.The improvement of the bounce ability is affected and confined by various factors.By means of assembling and regressive analysis,from so many training methods can be taken out the best one closely related with the progress in bounce ability,which also can be regarded as the patterns and the improvment of the bounce ability. |
