| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和献研究的方法，女生羽毛球选项课应根据女生的基础条件，心理、生理特点及其兴趣爱好，选择既实用又有趣味性的内容，在教学中，应采用多种教学组织形式和教学方法。充分发挥女生学习的主动性和积极性，并要把握好女生心理体验的规律，有助于提高教学效果。

| Abstract: | Through the method of questionnaire and literature investigation, schoolgirls' badminton optional class should according to girl's basic condition, mental, physical characters and their interesting, choose some practical and funny content. During the class, should using all kinds of teaching organization and methods, exert schoolgirls' learning go-aheadism and enthusiasm fully. Control schoolgirls mental feeling rule, benefit to improve teaching efficient. |
