| 摘 要： | 目的:分析非洛地平治疗冠心病变异型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:自身对照,剂量5～20mg,1次/d,连续2周。结果:治疗变异型心绞痛临床总有效率94.1％,心电图总有效率84.5%。同时非洛地平有明显的降压作用(P<0.01),副作用小。结论:非洛地平是一种安全、有效,尤其适用于冠心病变异型心绞痛合并高血压的理想治疗药物。

| Abstract: | Purpose: Analysing the clinical effect of Felpdipine on curing variable Angina pectoris of coronary heart desease. Methods: 68 cases of variable angina pectoris were treated with 5-20mg of Felpdipine-once per day for two weeks and taking the cases of the self-contrast. Results: the total clinical effective rate on curing angina pectoris was 94.1% the ECG improving rate was 84.5%. At the same time, Felpdipine had obvious effect on decreasing high blood pressure (P<0.0l) and little side effect.Conclusion: Felpdipine is a safe and most effective medicine for curing variable angina petoris of coronary heart dease |
