创新职务犯罪案件的初查制度刍议

目前我国职务犯罪的现象日益严重,初查制度作为检察机关立案前的必经程序亦需重视,且当今的职务犯罪在新形势下呈现出的新特点,加大了侦破案件的难度,这就给初查制度提出了严峻的考验,该文将针对我国目前初查机制存在的问题,对处理职务犯罪案件的初查制度提出一些完善构想,并对实践中初查的策略提出一些建议。

Innovation the System of Beginning on Inspection Duty Crime Case

At present our country's duty crime phenomenon is strict day by day,the system of beginning puts on record front as the inspection institution to have to pass through the procedure to need heavily.Now the duty crime presents the new characteristic under the new situation,enlarging the difficulty of solving the case,proposing the stern test to the system,this paper aims at our country at present the mechanism existence question,proposes the consummation conception to handle the duty crime case,and to put forward some pro- posals to practiced the strategy.
