摘    要:介绍了基于GPS全球定位系统和Internet/Intranet实现的机动负荷测量系统,包括硬件的开发和系统结构。该测量系统已经应用于澳大利亚电力系统,并成功地提取出了系统的震荡信息。分析结果表明,监测系统能够成功地记录电力系统的功角变化,进而进行事后故障分析,并可以实时监视系统的震荡情况。

Abstract:In this paper,GPS-based mobile measurement system is introduced including the hardware and the architecture of the system based on Internet/Intranet. The measurement system has bee applied in Australian Network and successfully extracted the oscillatory frequency and damming values of the power system. Results from the analysis show that the angle measurement system is able to be used to record the variation of phase angle of the power system thus to carry out the post-event analysis of the incident of the power system successfully and extracting oscillation of the system in real-time.
