| Abstract: | Higher vocational education aims at cultivating the good quality personnel with the professional skills and college political counselors are the backbone for the moral and political education of college students. In the light of the viewpoint above, the college political counselors should correctly understand their own roles, improve their responsibility sense of working, accurately assess the state of the students, enhance the self-confidence of working, insist on the new concepts of respect and services and develop the working effectiveness in the higher vocational education. |
