萤石浮选新工艺与选择性抑制剂的研究

摘    要:在浮选新工艺中,使用两性捕收剂6RO-12和新型抑制剂RPO3,对萤石浮选进行了研究,当原矿品位为30.25%CaF2、36.2%SiO2、2.12%CaCO3时,可得品位为97.35%CaF2、1.58%SiO2、0.43%CaCO3,回收率为68.6%的萤石精矿,光电子能谱研究表明,RPO3抑制方解石的机理在于,RPO3能在脉石表面发生化学吸附或化学反应。

Abstract:Amphoteric collector 6RO-12 and new depressant RPO 3 are of good selectivity .Flotation separation of fluorite ore was conducted by a special flotation flowsheet using 6RO-12 as a collector and RPO 3 as a depressant. The results show that fluorite concentrate containing 97.35% CaF 2,1.58% SiO 2 and 0.43% CaCO 3 can be obtained from feed containing 30.25?F 2 ,36.2% SiO 2 and 2.12% CaCO 3,with a CaF 2 recovery of 68.6 %. The action mechanism of RPO 3 was studied with X-ray photoelectron spectra .It shows that adsorption and chemical reaction of RPO 3 on calcite surface result in depression of calcite .
