| 摘 要： | 研究了月季组织培养过程中的消毒、增殖、生根培养和炼苗等各个环节的最适条件 ,结果表明 :诱导侧芽萌发、增殖和生根的最佳激素浓度依次为MS +6 BA 1 0 +NAA 0 2、MS +6 BA 0 8+NAA 0 4和MS +NAA0 5。在试管苗移栽的初期 ,应尽量避免移栽介质中含有任何营养成分

| Abstract: | The optional conditions for sterilization, propagation, rooting and hardness wer e discussed. The results showed that the media for germination, propagation and rooting were MS+6-BA 1 0+NAA 0 2,MS+6-BA 0 8+NAA 0 4 and MS+NAA 0 5, resp ectively. At the beginning of trans-cultivation of tubing seedlings, any nutrie nts should be avoided from cultivating medium. |
