钙信使系统抑制剂对伸长生长有关的细胞壁酶的影响

摘    要:钙信使系统抑制剂,EDTA、异博啶、LaCl3、A23187和CPZ抑制IAA诱导的小麦黄化芽鞘切段细胞壁纤维素酶的活性,增加细胞壁PO和IAA氧化酶的活性。结果暗示钙信使系统可能参与IAA诱导的小麦芽鞘伸长生长有关的细胞壁酶的活性调节。

Abstract:Calcium messanger system inhibitors, EGTA, Verapamil, LaCl3. A23187 and CPZinhibite the activity of cell wall cellusase and increase the activity of cell wall PO and IAA oxidase in IAA - induced segments elongation of etiolated wheat (Triticum sativum ) coleoptiles.It is suggested that calcium messanger system has regulatory effects on the activity of cell wallenzymes associated with auxin - induced elongation of wheat coleoptiles.Keywoeds: calcium messanger system inhibitors (EGTA, Verapamil, LaCl3, A23187 andCPZ) IAA cell wall cellulase cell wall PO IAA oxidase etiolated coleoptilewheat (Tritioum sativum )
