| 摘 要： | 对硫的不同价态阴离子 (S2 -,S2 O2 -3 ,SO2 -3 ,SO2 -4 )用毛细管电泳方法进行分离测定。采用铬酸钠和十四烷基三甲基溴化铵为背景电解质 ,2 5 4nm紫外间接检测。在选定条件下 ,重复进样 9次 ,各种阴离子迁移时间的相对标准偏差小于 0 .5 %,面积的相对标准偏差小于 5 %。

| Abstract: | The capillary electrophoresis analysis of various valent anions of sulfur (S+{2-},S-2O+{2-}-3,SO+{2-}-3,SO+{2-}-4) was studied. The background electrolyte consisted of chromate and Tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide. Indirect UV detection at 254 nm was used. In selected conditions, various valent anions were separated within 5 minutes. RSD for these anions of migration time and peak area was less than 0.5% and 5%(n=9) respectively.; |
