新疆伊犁不同种植区薰衣草精油理化性质对比研究

摘    要:采用目测法、香气评定法、仪器测定法、滴定法和气相色谱法等方法对新疆伊犁不同种植区薰衣草精油的色状、香气、相对密度、折光度、旋光度、酸值、溶混度等理化性质和化学成分中特征组分含量进行对比研究。结果表明:伊犁地区西部种植区薰衣草精油的颜色比东部种植区的浅,气味更接近于真花香,相对密度较小,溶解度好,但折光度、旋光度和酸值都比东部种植区的大。气相色谱分析结果显示:西部种植区的薰衣草精油乙酸芳樟酯、樟脑和乙酸薰衣草酯含量略小于东部种植区,但芳樟醇含量较大。

Abstract:By using a visual method, aroma evaluation method, apparatus assay titration and gas chromatography, etc. on Ili 65 groups and 70 groups of colors like lavender, aroma, relative density, refractive index, optical rotation, acid value, miscibility degree other physical and chemical properties and chemical composition characterized component content were compared. The results showed that 65 groups lavender color than 70 groups to be lighter, smells to stimulate some 65 groups of lavender essential oil relative density smaller than 70 groups, refractive index, optical rotation and acid than 70 large corporations , good solubility than 70 groups. Analysis by gas chromatography figure shows: 65 group linalyl acetate, camphor and lavender acetate esters and smaller than 70 groups, linalool than 70 large corporations. These results will provide a reasonable basis for effective application of lavender. the actual production of the enterprise to provide more theoretical basis.
