从编辑视角谈提高教学改革课题研究水平--以新疆四所高校为例

通过对新疆四所高校教改课题立项情况及四所高校学报刊登教学改革论文情况分析，发现各高校都加大了对教改课题的立项和经费资助力度，但高校学报刊登教改研究论文的数量却呈下降趋势，其主要是因为教改研究论文质量不高引起的。为了提高教学改革课题研究水平，应做好教改课题立项工作，加强教改课题过程管理，高标准严要求结题工作，加强对教改研究人员的培训，保证教改课题研究质量。

On Improving the Level of Teaching Reform Subject Study from the View of Editor--taking the example of four universities in Xinjiang

After analyzing the situation of the teaching reform projects and publishing thesis of teaching reform in the four universities, we have found that the universities have increased the aid and funding for education research, but the number of teaching reform research papers published in the journal has decreased, as the result of lower level of teaching research papers. In order to improve the research level of them, the task of teaching reform projects should be well done, project process management should be strengthened. We should be strict in finishing tasks of projects with high standards, strengthen the reform of personnel training and ensure the quality of teaching research projects.
