环氧树脂胶固化过程的液态簧振动力学谱检测与分析

摘    要:运用液态簧振动力学谱(RMS-L)方法对环氧树脂胶的化学反应过程进行了检测。结果表明:环氧树脂胶存在4个力学谱随时间的变化过程,固化过程中环氧树脂化学反应过程中分子间的交联产生能被液态簧振动力学谱方法灵敏地检测到。因此,液态簧振动力学谱(RMS-L)方法能够为化学反应过程提供有效信息与检测手段。

Abstract:The chemical reaction of epoxy glue was detected by the reed-vibration mechanical spectroscopy for liquids (RMS-L) in this paper. The results show that there are 4 processes of mechanical spectra of epoxy glue with time. Analyses show that the epoxy cross-linking chemical reaction between the molecules during the curing process can be sensitively detected by RMS-L. Therefore, the RMS-L can provide useful information and tools for the detection of chemical reaction process.
