摘    要:为了研究纳米氧化铈对NiCoCrAlY涂层抗热腐蚀性能的影响,考察了添加3种不同含量纳米氧化铈的NiCoCrAlY熔覆涂层在1 050℃混合硫酸盐(质量分数为75% Na2SO4-+25% K2SO4)作用下的热腐蚀行为,并与未加纳米颗粒的涂层进行了比较.结果表明:添加纳米氧化铈后,涂层的抗热腐蚀性能得到了较大提高,其...

Abstract:To study the effects of nano CeO2 on the hot corrosion resistance of NiCoCrAlY coating, three NiCoCrAlY coatings reinforced by different contents of nano CeO2 and the one without nano particles were prepared on a Ni based superalloy, and their hot corrosion behaviors in Na2SO4/K2SO4 (75∶25) mixture at 1 050 ℃ in static air investigated. Results indicate that the hot corrosion resistance of the NiCoCrAlY coatings after adding nano CeO2 is obviously improved, among which the one with 2% nano CeO2 presented the best hot corrosion resistance. Under the same experimental condition, the surface integrity of the coatings with nano CeO2 is better than that of the one without nano particles, and the corroded layer depth of the coatings with nano CeO2 is also far below that of the one without nano particles.
