摘    要:为了提高光学降水自动测量系统的测量准确度,针对系统中平行光源的发散性及不稳定性、线阵CCD响应的非均匀性等一系列问题,结合仪器的测量原理,在理论分析与试验的基础上,提出了采用动态阈值设置与光学玻璃棒采样相结合的校准方案,可得到不同尺度粒子在各像素点的校正系数。试验结果表明,经校正系数修正后系统测量误差基本控制在±4%以内,达到了校准的目的。该方案易于实现,具有较高的可行性。

Abstract:To prompt the accuracy of automatic optical measurement instrument of precipitation, the emanation and instability of the parallel light of instrument and non-uniformity of pixel photoelectric response of linear CCD were discussed. Combined with the measurement principle of the instrument, the calibration method of dynamic threshold setting and the optical glass stick sampling was put forward by theoretical analysis and experimentation. This method can obtain the calibration coefficients of each pixel in different scale particle. The experimental results show that the error of the automatic optical measurement instrument of precipitation can be less than ±4% after calibration. This method is easily realized and has a high feasibility.
