摘    要:为求压力容器设计的精确和安全,考虑附件刚度对壳体上局部应力计算的影响,针对壳体受径向推力作用的附件结构,比较WRC107和有限元在关键点的峰值应力强度幅值、EN13445和有限元的最大一次加二次应力,考察2种方法的适用条件。结果表明,WRC107定义的关键点中C点峰值应力强度幅值的精度受附件刚度影响,在附件为一倍壳体厚度时最符合实际。EN13445计算的应力结果偏大,不易受附件刚度的影响。因此,应用WRC107进行疲劳设计时,需注意空心附件的壳厚。

Abstract:For safety and accuracy,the influence of the rigidity of hollow attachment on calculation should be considered. Equivalent stresses about fatigue analysis from WRC107 and EN13445 were compared with those from the finite element method, under three thickness configurations of round attachment, that half, equal, double of shell thickness. Results show that in key point Au defined by WRC107 stress decreases while attachment thickness increases, and that in key point C stress increases while attachment thickness increases. When the thickness of attachment equals to that of the shell, the equivalent stress of WRC107 in C comes closest to FEM. EN13445 overestimates the stresses and it is less influenced by the thickness of attachment. As a conclusion, round attachment thickness should be considered when using WRC107.
