摘    要:交互虚拟装配技术已经广泛应用于产品设计和制造过程,然而由于虚拟装配操作和实际操作在时间和空间上不一致,目前的交互虚拟装配技术仍然难以直接支持装配工位上的操作工艺规划。为此提出了一种基于交互装配操作仿真的操作工艺规划方案,该方案建立包含全部装配要素的装配操作模型,基于该模型,通过交互装配操作仿真获取初始操作序列,再基于标准操作动作要素数据库将该操作序列变换成真实操作动作序列。重点研究支持操作动作序列获取的装配活动模型,以及操作仿真过程的模型求解问题。最后以一个发动机装配实例验证了上述方案和装配操作模型。

Abstract:Though Virtual Assembly has been widely used in product development, interactive virtual assembling simulation can not support the assembly operation process planning because of the time and space difference between virtual operation and real operation. A solution for assembly operation process planning based on interactive Virtual Assembly was developed. According to the solution, interactive assembling operation was used to get operation actions sequence, the actions were mapped into a real operation action factors data base to get real operation actions. Then assembling operation cards could be created according to the real operation actions. To support the assembling operation actions creation from virtual assembling simulation, a product assembly model was proposed. An operation semantics model was used to replace the assembling geometric constraints model, which contains several ordered geometric constraints and some engineering restricted conditions. To test the solution and the models, a process planning example of case for an automobile engine was introduced. The result shows the feasibility and the effectiveness of the methods.
