Abstract:Proteins bind DNA to form a complex,which is bigger than DNA or proteins,leading to strong enhancement of resonance light scattering(RLS) intensity.Based on this,the complex of proteins with DNA results in strong enhancement of resonance light scattering(RLS) intensity in a Britton-Robinson(BR) buffer(pH 2.21-4.35).The experimental results showed the strong electrostatic binding force between proteins and DNA.Under the optical conditions,the enhanced RLS intensity at 315.0 nm was proportional to the concent...
