摘    要:为了优化PTC材料的性能,促进PTC材料的研究和开发.实验采用低温固态反应合成了Y,Mn掺杂纳米钛酸钡固溶体粉体,详细研究了各种烧结工艺对其PTC(正温度系数)材料性能的影响.利用XRD和TEM分析了样品的物相及微观形貌,并测试了R-t(阻-温)曲线.实验表明:在C还原气氛下烧结可有效地降低室温电阻,但几乎没有升阻比;...
